Abstract

Works created during Sabbatical Leave. 29 pieces, including woodcuts & wood engravings. These consist of studio pieces on the theme of 'The River', with related subjects.
'Vessel, Bangalore', one of the smallest works, was engraved at the Itinerant Illustrator Symposium, at SHRISTI, Bangalore, in December 2014.
'Life is but a dream', was cut into a large piece of pitch-pine, and hand-printed onto a roll of Chinese paper.
Also shown were the eighteen illustrations for Robert Macfarlane's 'Landmarks', for Penguin Books.
