Abstract / Description of output
This poster illustrates findings from a study in Malawi which investigated whether, and through what mechanisms, the implementation of a modular eHIS influenced patient billing practices in a large referral hospital in Malawi, drawing on the perspectives of complex sociotechnical systems, health system strengthening and ICT for governance.
