title = "Tell el-Amarna, 2010: Panehsy Church Project 2009-10: settlement survey",
abstract = "The survey of the Christian settlement, now in its fourth year, investigates the Christian church in the tomb of Panehsy and its associated, possibly monastic, settlement. The work of the 2009-10 seasons, generously supported by the G. A. Wainwright Fund and the Excavation Fund of the Egypt Exploration Society, comprised six parts. The mapping of the remaining areas of the settlement was completed, as was the recording of three new structural groups and additional features found during the mapping process. A survey of the organisation and use of interior and exterior spaces in houses in the local village of El-Till and at the guards' hut close to the North Tombs was carried out. Analysis and petrography of pottery from the ceramic survey was completed. The glass from the 2008-9 excavations and minimal surface collections were studied",
