Abstract
The branching fraction โฌโก(๐ต0โ๐ท*โโข๐+โข๐๐) is measured relative to that of the normalization mode ๐ต0โ๐ท*โโข๐+โข๐โโข๐+ using hadronic ๐+โ๐+โก๐โโก๐+โก(๐0)โขยฏ๐
๐ decays in proton-proton collision data at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV collected by the LHCb experiment, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2โโfbโ1. The measured ratio is โฌโก(๐ต0โ๐ท*โโข๐+โข๐๐)/โฌโก(๐ต0โ๐ท*โโข๐+โข๐โโข๐+)=1.70ยฑ0.1โข0+0.11โ0.10, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second is related to systematic effects. Using established branching fractions for the ๐ต0โ๐ท*โโข๐+โข๐โโข๐+ and ๐ต0โ๐ท*โโข๐+โข๐๐ modes, the lepton universality test โโก(๐ท*โ)โกโฌโก(๐ต0โ๐ท*โโข๐+โข๐๐)/โฌโก(๐ต0โ๐ท*โโข๐+โข๐๐) is calculated, โโก(๐ท*โ)=0.247ยฑ0.015ยฑ0.015ยฑ0.012, where the third uncertainty is due to the uncertainties on the external branching fractions. This result is consistent with the Standard Model prediction and with previous measurements.
