Abstract
Using a comparative approach, the report critically assesses the content and process of Egypt's constitution-making process after the ousting of President Muhammad Morsi. The work draws on practitioner interviews conducted by CIDT researchers with numerous members of Egypt's 2013 Constitutional Assembly to provide in-depth and unique insight into the process.
