Abstract

This report presents a three year research study of young adults' childhood experiences of emotional harm, body image, self harm, sexual harm and physical harm in organised sport. The full report sets out the context of children's rights, child abuse and child protection in sport; presents the research methodology; provides information on the participants; and gives details of the quantitative and qualitative findings (data tables, graphs and quotations) for different sports, and different forms of abuse and harm.
