The Other Travel Agency Exhibition: EU Parliament Gallery, Brussels

Travel agency - inner journey was a project which explored equality in disability arts studios by creating a non-hierarchical collaboration with studio artists, instructors and even “non art” staff making work together from found objects and the theme of inner journeys. The other travel agency exhibition features a filmed documentary created by mike which records this experience and gives the artists involved an opportunity to have there voices heard at the EU parliament.

Kettuki is Finland’s nationwide studio network for artists from outside the mainstream art world. Kettuki association was founded in 2002. The association consist of artists, art experts, professionals and 22 organizations in the field of art, culture and social services. Kettuki is the founder and coordinator of NOA Nordic Outsider Art network. Kettuki’s main goal is equality in art. Kettuki network aims to improve opportunities for people with intellectual and learning disabilities to study and practice art in both professional and recreational contexts.
