Abstract

We propose a model for the generation of company-character, based on paradigms from storytelling, inspired by “investment heroes and heroines” in great world literature. We relocate the challenge of generating ethical dispositions in employees by habituation, to generating dispositions in companies, generated by chosen stories that ground the company’s culture.
