Interior Tools Interior Tactics (ITIT) originated as a conference staged in 2008 by the Interiors Forum Scotland (IFS). I acted as secretary to IFS, contributor and leading co-editor.

The IFS was, at the time of its founding in 2006, the only research grouping in the UK devoted to contemporary practice and theory in interiors, rather than historiography, and ITIT was constructed as a debate between practitioners and theorists on the state of the discipline.

The 35 blind peer reviewed essays in ITIT range from Susie Attiwill (RMIT), Fred Scott (RCA), Graeme Brooker (President of Interior Educators UK), to Jana Macalik (Ryerson).
