Abstract / Description of output
As we move towards the realization of the Digital Agenda for Europe, in which it is envisaged that patients will have both the right and the ability to access their medical records using the internet, it is timely to reflect on the evolution and direction of Personal Health Records (PHR) with reference to experiences obtained with different models and future thoughts on how these might evolve in the coming years.
