Abstract / Description of output

Highlights
• A cohort study including the Scottish population of surgically treated early breast cancer patients from 2001 to 2018.

• With adequate case mix adjustment, regional variation in adjuvant chemotherapy use was small, but with notable outliers.

• Over time there was a trend towards greater convergence in practice towards risk-stratified treatment recommendations.
