Abstract

VAS:T at the Royal Scottish Academy was the first Visual Arts Scotland exhibition with Robbie Bushe as President and lead curator VAS:T was redefined its role and public engagement and placed a greater emphasis on contemporary appleid arts and makers in the digital age. VAS:T included:
5 Invited Artists: Rachel Mclean, Alice Kettle, Jane Hyslop, Andea Walsh and Kim Wilson.
The Cordis Prize for tapestry short list 2015
Graduate Showcase from Scottish Art Colleges focussing on makers.
250 works by members and and non members selected from an open submission of over 1300.
VAS:T was accompanied by a publication
