Contibution to a group show.
Created for the exhibition Vegetable Loves, at West Barns Studios, East Lothian

Invited artists were asked to respond to the Andrew Marvell poem, To His Coy Mistress and the line My Vegetable Love shall grow/ Vaster than empires and more slow.
The work 'Coleslaw' was the result of a collaboration with musician Davy Henderson(using the name Soland Goose).
We created a three minute film 'Coleslaw': a film of a frozen field in East Lothian which ends with winter sunlight creating multicoloured patterns on the film. The musical theme which runs through it is made from using the notes C_A_B_B_A_G_E. In the work we were exploring ideas of slowness and time invested in human toil.

Other artists included Jonathan Owen, Keith Farquhar, Derrick Giuld, Rania Ho, Hayley Tompkins, Jacqui Irvine
