Abstract

Describes a set of cognitive performance and self-report data on human memory, and particularly working memory, together with lifestyle factors, collected over the internet from 408,938 participants, aged from 8 years to 90 years, from over 180 countries, and that are being made publicly available for the first time. Data collection was carried out in collaboration with the British Broadcasting Corporation
(BBC), and via the BBC Science website between May 2006 and April 2009.
