Abstract

A firm grasp of contract law continues to be an essential requirement for almost all lawyers and our annual conference will consider all of the most important recent developments. Incorporating a keynote presentation from the Scottish Law Commissioner, Professor Hector MacQueen, on counterpart execution and third party rights, Michael Howlin QC, Julian Voge from Brodies, Edinburgh University’s David Cabrelli and David McLean will join our chair, Michael Upton of the Hastie Stable to form the speaking panel.
