Abstract

The dataset comprises transcriptome (RNA levels) and proteome (protein levels) data for samples of the plant Arabidopsis thaliana, the alga Ostreococcus tauri and the cyanobacterium Cyanothece, along with analysis scripts in the python language, and analysis outputs.
