Biography

Having originally joined the UK Biobank Chief Scientist's (Professor Sudlow's) Follow-up and Outcomes Adjudication research group, Amanda now chiefly works on a project called ROADMAP, which stands for 'Real world outcomes across the Alzheimer’s disease spectrum for better care: multi-modal data access platform' (http://roadmap-alzheimer.org). She has research and day-to-day project management responsibilities on Work Package 2: Outcomes definition. Our research programme includes a systematic review, surveys and focus group workshops.

Amanda is also part of Professor Sudlow's Dementias Platform UK Work Package 9 research team. The aim of this Work Package is to assess the accuracy of data from electronic health-related records for dementia case identification.
