Biography

Chiara graduated from the Veterinary School at the University of Milan, Italy in 2009, and as a student she was interested in clinical pathology and attended the Diagnostic Cytology Service during her studies.

After graduation she worked in first opinion small animal practices and in the internal clinical pathology laboratory of two large private small animal hospitals in Italy, which deal with first opinion and referred cases. She also had an Externship period in the Clinical Pathology section at Purdue University.

In February 2014 Chiara started a senior clinical training scholarship (residency) in Veterinary Clinical Pathology at Easter Bush Pathology, R(D)SVS,  and after finishing the training program she has taken up the position of Lecturer in Clinical pathology in February 2017 an the same institution.
