-2015-: Postdoctoral position in Bioinformatics at the Roslin Institute (University of Edinburgh), under the supervision of A Joshi. Large and small scale analysis of high throughput sequencing data.

-2011-2014: PhD in Epigenetics & Cancer at the Cancer Research Canter of Lyon (CRCL), under the supervision of R Dante (P Mehlen’s team). Title: MBD2 and ZBTB4 proteins repress the transcription of numerous methylated genes. In charge of ChIPseq and RNAseq sample preparation and data analysis.

-2010-2011: Master 2 Biosciences at the Ecole Normale Supérieure of Lyon (ENS Lyon), first class honours. Including a module in Comparative genomics.

-2009-2010: Preparation of the Agrégation SV-STU (teaching competitive exam in natural sciences, molecular and cellular biology speciality) at the ENS of Lyon. Ranked 16th out of 1354 candidates.

-2008-2009: Master 1 Biosciences at the ENS of Lyon, including modules in epigenetics, immunology, and biophysics.

-2007-2008: Licence (B.Sc equivalent) in Fundamental Biology, at the ENS of Lyon, including an introductory class in bioinformatics and statistics with R.

-2005-2007: Preparatory class for the Grandes Ecoles at Lycée Chateaubriand, Rennes (France), including an introductory class to general programming and scripting with Scilab/Mathlab.


-64 hours teaching per year for three years at the University of Lyon (2011-2014): tutorial classes in genetics, practical classes in genetics, embryology and documentary research.

-One-year remedial courses in Maths and French for two secondary school pupils at Gerland social centre (Lyon, 2007-2008).
