Abstract

This purpose of this book is to further develop knowledge and understanding of how to maximize participant engagement throughout the learning process. The book will develop the learners’ ability to plan, manage and deliver learning that meets the needs of learners and stakeholders, underpinned by relevant psychological theories and research. The concept of a ‘holistic learning journey’ will be explored along with the implications for L&D practice.
